A while back I got sick of Mount & Blade (before Warbands) and decided to try out a few mods and grabbed Prophesy of Pendor first and was blown away by it's quality, polish and attention to detail.It's such a good mod that when I think of M&B Warbands I see it as Pendor. In fact, when I recommend M&B to my friends, I make it very clear that once they've played enough of vanilla, Prophesy of Pendor is the next best thing to M&B 2.0.Great mod, great community, great developers, great art, great sound, great quality and an overall incredible mod.
Prophesy Of Pendor Best Blunt Troops
Pendor troops are trained and massed easily. Their archers have two quivers of arrows afaik and can thus produce a continuous rain of arrows during the whole battle. The infantry mostly lacks shields and is best used to protect the archers. Many of them have 2h swords and are thus well prepared to swarm and slaughter any enemy cavalry units.
