Jun 04, 2015 The 'Dev Server' is closed, and only open at certain times (like, just before a major update). The missions to download, you get them where you get normal user missions. And as Gekko said, you can press' Test Flight' or 'Test Drive' and test out a new vehicle. If Gaijin would create a public test server and have it open for a proposed patch release, for one that would give alot more players time to test new aircraft and or ground units or any other proposed changes to the regular WT game. Have the public test server available for like two or three weeks before releasing.
