No just load a mod from the main menu and then in the zombies menu do /developer 2 and launch whatever map. For some reason it doesn't work on gorod krovi though. You might also have this thing where everytime you hit a zombie it gives an error but doesn't take you out of the map. I've tried noclipping to the boss fight place on der eisendrache on round 1 but no one was there.
