Thanks for replying, but I've tried everything that is on that website, I even spoke to Microsoft on the telephone for twenty minutes getting put on hold and put through to other people all the time, one of the people I spoke to said they'd callme back within an hour but that never happened either. They confirmed to me that my Product Key was a valid one, but I don't know why it's saying its invalid to me when I enter it on the installation. I have a reference that one of the guys gave me on thetelephone.
