I put it in the spindle, set it's length, and then went to do a tool change and BANG. The diamter of the toolholder is too big, the arm of the ATC collided with the toolholder and stopped, and sent an alarm (1005 ATC not ready). Now, I cna't to ANYTHING. I was able to get the toolchanegr arm off of the tool by removingt he SHCS's and just manually moving it out of the way.

But the alarm remains.I can't get the tool out of the spindle because the alarm remains. I can't seem to do anything. I'm stuck. My manuals don't list the 1005 alarm.

I don't know how to fix this issue??? Is there a way to manually remove the tool from the spindle? How do I get the ATC ready so the alarm goes off? Anyone have a manual that covers this alarm number with possible solutions?Help please. AL-01Motor OverheatAL-02Speed deviates from commanded speedAL-0324v Fuse is blown.
