You can use repulsion gel to get back into the excursion funnel.Detailed Version:To take out the turrets you are going to cover them in blue gel, therefor you need to get some.First, you need to get to the other side, which is simply achieved by using a Portal.The next step is to put a funnel right underneath the gel pipe, facing towards the other side of the hall.

As soon as you press the button, gel will fall into the funnel, so it's time to act quick now.Jump into the funnel and travel to the other side and jump out of the funnel and onto the big button. Now wait for the gel to retract through the Portal, as soon as that happens, open another portal above the 3 turrets (easier on the left side) and step of the button.Now just time it right, and when the gel is above the turrets, place the funnel somewhere else.You can now press the button behind the window safely.Now simply use the funnel to get to the top of the first platform, put the source portal onto the panel that appears after pressing the button, and you should be flying to the exit.
