I don't get exactly how it calculates the extra damage but the Overkill boost stacks to a point where you deal something like 500% damage and lasts as long as regular Kill Skills do (around 7 seconds?), so you can pop a couple of enemies in the critical spot for around 100k and end up doing 500k a hit and with Money Shot on top you can suddenly.
